This place is in a great spot, super close to Provo and the West Coast. 😊 the room was really well-kept and tidy, and the staff here were so friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel is great for shopping in American Fork. The kitchenettes in the rooms are clean and functional, allowing guests to cook their own meals. The bathrooms are also clean, although there were some complaints about shower pressure in some rooms. The view from the 4th floor is impressive. The laundry facilities are accessible 24/7 and are affordable at $2 per wash.

Some guests were disappointed by the lack of utensils and kitchenware in the kitchenettes, as well as the absence of a coffee pot and mugs, iron and ironing board, and toiletries. Additionally, housekeeping services are only provided every two weeks, which may not be ideal for shorter stays.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was incredibly convenient, right off the interstate, making it easy for me to get around the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of space for all my belongings. The staff were mostly very nice and pleasant to interact with, especially the helpful employees who assisted us in finding a room on the first floor. The hotel's costumer service was great overall, and for the price, I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.
